High school Senior Photo Session - Bend, Oregon

It's no secret that I love central Oregon & our family property south of Bend.  The Deschutes River will forever be one of my absolute favorite places to take photos.  I feel blessed to have these Ponderosa Pines standing tall all around, letting the gorgeous sunlight sparkle on the ground below.  Magical!

I'm always thrilled when clients, especially new photo clients, travel up here for their photo experience.  I met Amelia & her mom when they traveled from Eugene to here in Bend for Amelia's senior photo session.  I immediately felt like I'd known them both for years, not just minutes.

Amelia and I wandered through the trees, looked for stumps, pine cones & flowers and then made our way to my favorite spot in the river to cool off and take river photos.  Did I mention is was 90+ degrees on this day?  Phew!   And...for the first time ever, I FELL in the water!  OMG!  My lens and cards are fine but my camera is now going in for repair.  Oops!  These photos were sooooo worth it however.  I'll do anything for my amazing clients!  Ha!  Splash!

I hope you all love this senior session along the banks of the Deschutes River.  Amelia, you are a total joy!  Congrats on your upcoming senior year!
