Yoga & Chiropractor Headshots in Eugene, Oregon.

A couple of years ago, I received a Facebook note from Deidra after she realized our daughters went to the same preschool here in Eugene.  What's also funny is Deidra and I have known each other since we were young, having graduated from Sheldon High School right here in Eugene a "few" years ago.  Long story short, we got together & quickly realized how many things we had in common after all these years; our kids were similar ages, we were both photographers, we'd both been graphic designers, we both had black labs and we only lived a mile apart from each other in north Eugene!  Too funny!  A friendship was quickly renewed.  Yay!

Deidra is not only an amazing photographer, who has been my own personal cheerleader these past couple years, but she's also a certified yoga instructor.  Her new studio, Gather Together Yoga, is opening in April right here in north Eugene and I am so excited for her!  But wait...there's more!  Her husband, Scott Aley, is a chiropractor here in Eugene and his office, Santa Clara Chiropractic Center, will be attached to Deidra's yoga studio.  How neat for them to have their businesses right next to each other, in the same building.

I was thrilled when Deidra asked me to take headshot photos of her and Scott for the new issue of Eugene Magazine.  We used their new studio and office space as a temporary photo studio and had a great time.  I can't wait to see the completed space in a few weeks and register for a new yoga class or two.
